Since my admission to practice law in 1981, I have served Pennsylvania residents in an endeavor to improve their quality of life on a community basis as a Chester County Assistant District Attorney and on a personal basis by helping individuals and families to resolve their domestic matters with my own family law practice, Marta S. Laynas, Attorney at Law.
I am committed to providing personal, compassionate and thorough legal representation to individuals and families in Chester, Montgomery and Delaware counties. My law firm focuses exclusively on family law matters. Since 1987 I have established a respected reputation for myself among fellow members of the bar and the bench. I make every effort to resolve my clients' legal issues through attaining a mutual agreement including negotiation and mediation, and this approach has saved many people time, money and emotional stress. But when these agreements are not possible or favorable for my clients, I am fully prepared to go to court and fight for their rights.
